Electrical issue with the sofa and glider/reclining loveseat
Approximately 5 to 6 months after purchasing our living room suit the sofa had no power on it the you all replaced the sofa with a new one and now both the sofa and loveseat have no power except the sofa has power on one end of it...a technician came out checked it and said the switches were burnt up so the parts would be ordered that was over 1 month ago and our living room suit is still not fixed we received a message last week that our parts were on their way we still have not received them and we're even told that if this happens again they won't fix it...we purchased a year warranty with this living room suit and it's not our fault that it quits working we just want our living room suit fixed or replaced with another living room suit that is the same color. We have had it a year now and we did purchase a 5 year warranty and we deserve to have a living room suit that we can use, we've had it a year and we've been able to fully use the whole living room suit about 3 months out of the year and it's just not right.if this happened to you you would want it fixed or replaced too

I cannot cancel my warranty and get my money back without paying a fine. This company is a total scam, and the people that work there are completely desensitized to customers' rights and needs. All I can say is don't waste your time or money on this warranty.

Don’t buy the extra protection plan on furniture. It’s a joke
You pay for a furniture protection plan for 5 years. After 1 year, the seat cushions are breaking down.
I just wanted them to test them.
They just give you the runaround. What a waste of $109 for insurance.

Massage chair repair
I filed a claim in January 2025, their technician cancelled twice due to weather and would t return for over a month. So, two months later, he shows up, looks at the chair and the issue.
He states that there is no way to fix it and it needs to be replaced. I received an email in April stating that they had the technicians report and would be sending a decision after the report is reviewed.
It is now June 2025. After multiple emails, there has not been a resolution.

Scam scam scam!!! Montage Warranty Furniture Services is by far the worst warranty company for furniture I have ever used or purchased.
They offered a pro-rated cash offer or a replacement credit. However, they will not honor the replacement credit. They state they will get back to us in 24 to 48 hours. It has been over two weeks and no one has called.
Beware, do not buy a warranty from this company!!! You will regret it if you try to use the warranty that you paid for.

This company ruined our couch.
The repair technicians do not know how to repair furniture. They cannot fix frames, they drilled wood and made the couch uneven, staples pop and poke, fabric in not restored to factory appearance.
All our claims were made timely yet they claim we did not. This was a family couch.
There was no reason why a claim wouldn't be made timely. DO NOT BUY OR USE THEIR SERVICE.

Verified ReviewerHave had a claim open for almost 6 months to repair a recliner. The part finally arrived at my home but it is impossible to contact anyone to schedule the repair.
After our recliner broke, it took forever for a technician to come out and say they had to order parts. After requesting pictures multiple times, now almost 6 months later, the part has been delivered to my home.
Now it is almost impossible to contact anyone to schedule the repair.
Zero customer service. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.

I have been dealing with montage for over two years on warranty for furniture that I purchased. Some of the contractors that were supposed to come out and never made it when One finally came out he was very unprofessional.
Im not gonna get into how bad he was when he actually looked like a hoodlum and he sounds like one too. he did not fix anything he came out to fix. Instead, he made excuses why it couldnt be fixed when I complain about the quality of the contractor they said he told them something totally different than what actually occurred. They believe him over me, even though he said nothing at all about why he didnt fix one of the main things he was supposed to fix to them and they Did not bother to ask him why he didnt fix it.
This by far is the worst Warranty people I am in fact, somebody needs to turn them into the attorney, general of the state or out of because I do believe the way they operate. Their business is criminal.

Does it fall under the warranty even though we’ve been dealing with it for the two years. so my recommendation is stay away from this company you’re wasting your money
The worst insurance company
I recommend that you NEVER USE this insurance company for your furniture.
I purchased all my furniture from Ashley and paid over $1,300 for insurance. Unfortunately, the seams on my sofa are separating in different places on all the seats and backrests.
The first claim I made was for five covers, and they replaced them accordingly. I've now contacted Montage to begin replacing the remaining covers. It's logical that if the fabric gives way at the seams, it will happen on all the seats and backs. They've consistently refused to cover these types of incidents because it "is not covered" by the plan I purchased, which is entirely false.
I read it line by line, specifically under the section 'Repair Plan - Coverage (Seam Separation).' It's unheard of for the same defect to be approved for some seats and backs and not for others. It's worth noting that I paid for the Premium Select Combination 5-Year Protection Plan Agreement, which wasn't a basic plan.

The furniture warranty by Montage is non-existent. Don't ever buy the insurance; they don't cover anything.
They make excuses. Such *** The color came off the arm of the recliners, and they won't cover it. But if I had a rip or tear, that would be covered.
They should have replaced the lid of the recliners. Please don't fall for the scam!
Preferred solution: I want the lid of the storage area of my recliner replaced

AWFUL
My 1st apt no one showed up. They said they did but they didn't try to call or anything.
I got it rescheduled to the 16th but they sent someone on Monday the 7th. Once again no one called.
This is ridiculous. I will never buy a warranty again because of this service.

Verified ReviewerWARRANTY IS A SHAM
I submitted a claim in November 2024 for a broken back and rip in my motorized recliner. Finally, I believe it was in January 2025 when a technician came to my house and stated that parts would be ordered and delivered to me for the repairs and that I should contact Montage when I received the parts.
I never did. What I received was a denial on the rip in the footrest, saying that I 'modified, altered, repaired' the rip by placing tape over it. I explained that I did that because I have small grandchildren and pets who I did not want to gain access to the tear to (a) perhaps eat what was inside or (b) make the rip worse. I stated I did NOT modify, alter, or repair the footrest.
They sent me an appeal form to fill out and return within 3 days (of course, it took them 3 months to deny that part of my claim). I filled it out immediately and returned it. I was denied! Then I received an email stating that the parts for the broken back of the recliner were being ordered.
Within 2-3 days after receiving the APPROVED email, I was DENIED, stating that the recliner was not covered because the warranty was received until after delivery of the furniture. I replied, stating that I purchased the warranty the day I purchased the furniture.
Now I spent over $5000 on living room furniture, and the salesman stated that Montage had the best warranty - they repair/replace for any damages. I also contacted the Furniture Store (Furniture Palace) and have not received a response at all.

Ive realized this warranty company is just a money grab. Ive waited over 3 months for a repair that never happens.
Denied Claim
I supplied them with all of the necessary documents and pictures. They first said they covered the burns on the sofa.
Then they come back and said they don't cover pulls or piles. It's not pulls or piles it was burn marks that happened out of my control. So, just like a typical insurance company, they take your money and no matter what you prove the problem is it will NEVER be covered.
That's what they do and that's how they stay in business. Taking from hard working individuals.

Subcontractor issues
After all the red tape and charged appointment dates their subcontractor tells me they can come after 5. Then changed to a time between 12 and 3.
The first technician supposedly fixed the recliner.
It worked 3 times and is broken again. Worst experience ever.
